    Lowdown
    :

Fifty years have passed since mankind began migrating to the new frontier: Mars.
It's an age where most culture is produced by AI, and people are content to be passive consumers.

    There's a girl.
Scrapping a living in the metropolis of Alba City, she's working part-time while trying to become a musician. She's always felt like something is missing.
    Her name is Carole.

    There's a girl.
Born to a wealthy family in the provincial town of Herschel City, she dreams of becoming a musician, but nobody around her understands. She feels like the loneliest person in the world.
    Her name is Tuesday.

A chance meeting brings them together.
    They want to sing.
    They want to make music.
Together, they feel like they just might have a chance.

The two of them may only create a tiny wave.
But that wave will eventually grow into something larger...

Prolly the only other new show I'll be watching this spring apart from One Punch Man.

I've loved all four of the five anime Shinichirō Watanabe's directed till date (Space Dandy wasn't my thing) and I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy this one as well. His last musical direction was Kids on the Slope which was simply beautiful and more than just a show about jazz music so I'm guessing this'll be more than just a band show as well. Hopefully. But I'll be giving it a try no doubt.

You're telling me that somebody here don't know the name of the Cowboy Bebop dude? Preposterous.

So this is going to be a Netflix Japan only for the time being. Prolly debut worldwide on Netflix after it finishes airing.

So if you're not in Japan but wanna see it, drop by the Post Apocalyptic Subs(PAS) fansubs site. They've picked up the show for subs.

So Instagram is still relevant in Mars. Good to know. Decent first impressions. Not the kind of show I usually watch but I'll stick around for the ride.

There prolly isn't a whole lot going on but the happy go lucky feel of this show is a treat to watch.

Was starting to lose a bit of interest in the show but episode 5 reeled me right in again. Their first performance was really good.

Dropped this after like the 7th episode because it was getting too basic. But for those who were waiting to stream this there's good news. The first half of the 24-episode anime will play worldwide on Netflix on August 30.

The show's second half (episodes 13-24) will debut worldwide outside of Japan on Netflix on December 24.
