Code Geass is getting a compilation film trilogy for the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 anime series. The films are titled:

    (In order of continuity)

Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Kōdō (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion - The Awakening Path),

Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Ōdō (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion - The Imperial Path).

    Here's the trailer:

The first film is slated to open in Japan on October 21, the second film in February 2018, and the third film in May 2018. The films will recap all 50 episodes of both Code Geass series. The cast are re-recording all their lines for the films, and the films will include new scenes.

You know, I watched the rest of code Geass eventually, and I know exactly where they're going with this. It did have a bitter sweet ending, or did it? And in case other's didn't see it, it's going in a spoiler.

Who was that under the hat? There was nothing that convinced me that LeLouch is actually dead after that scene.

There is but only one way where they'll be going with this. Unless they decide not to bring him back, that is.
