I guess this manga being made into an anime means Capcom got their lawsuit taken care of with Square Enix.
The only way that trailer could've given me a more intense Nostalgiagasm is if they also showed Caveman Ninja, World Hero's,Darkstalkers and Tumblepop. I think they got Dragon Ninja in there. So I'm in even though this looks awful.
This anime is good. Like really really good. I am not even bothered by the animation because the story is good and Ono is freaking adorable. Underrated anime of the season as of now.
Don't compare this to Gamers. Gamers had the potential to become something great, instead it turned into 'misunderstandings the anime' otherwise known as Straight garbage. It's two wholesome kids who love to play video games and are brought together due to that love. The friendship they have is very interesting.
The third promotional video for the second season was streamed. The video features the ending theme song "Unknown World Map" by Etsuko Yakushimaru. The nine-episode second season premiered in Japan on October 25. The series will stream on Netflix.
