After going to concert, and watching some documentaries one thing I really enjoy and respect was his commitment to his performance. Most fans would be fine with shoddy performances in a live setting just to get a chance to see their favorite band, but Neil was absolutely committed to doing his best in every performance. He could laugh, joke, and have fun with the guys but when time came for the stage he was intense and focused.

Rest In Peace Neil, You are a legend that has astounded and encouraged musicians the world over. Whether you like Rush or not, there is a significant likelihood that the music you listen too has been affected by this man.

RIP to a very talented individual. I saw them in concert many years ago, what a great concert.

    He will be missed.

Wow didn't know he was suffering from brain cancer. Was probably the best living drummer after Ginger Baker passed. Amazingly gifted.

    RIP.
